Vongole stewed with own sauce

While our vacation in Croatia and on the Adriatic coast encourage you to benefit from the Adriatic Sea. The sea is rich in seafood and delicious fish. We recommend, in particular, octopus, tuna, clams, vongole and the south oysters (kamenice).

To discover the true taste of the Vongola should prepare them stewed with own sauce. We clean the mussels with dirt under running water. In a saucepan olive oil briefly fry the garlic and toss vongole (cockles). Close the lid and the pot after about 10 minutes cockles are ready. We can be administered with a baguette or white bread and sprinkle them with parsley.
