Fish dorada and brancin tastes best in Croatia, where we can buy fresh at the market. In Poland we can easily find them in good delicatessen fish.

Fresh fish should be gutted, cut, lubricate the inside oil and cuts must be put lemon or lime. The fish should be placed on a hot grill (may be electric grill as in our case, or pan grill) and grill, depending on the size of the fish.

A great addition to the fish can be grilled peppers and onions
